2、Employee care: continuously monitor employee status in supported departments, offer communication support throughout different employment stages, and help resolve team-related issues.
3、Cooperate with other HR functions in implementing policies, supervision, and feedback—supporting initiatives like annual performance evaluations, salary structure adjustments, job reviews, and internal diagnostics.
4、Design effective career paths and training programs, execute training, and develop and implement talent development plans.
5、Conduct talent assessments, implement competency models, and optimize personnel structures.
