1、 Lead product-related quality verification work, including but not limited to raw material evaluation and product performance validation; assist with new project registration.

2、Establish product quality control requirements, including setting inspection points and handling quality abnormalities; approve product release.

3、Carry out data collection and statistical analysis, develop risk management plans, and implement risk control.

4、Seek methods for optimizing quality improvement and implement projects for inspection enhancement, efficiency improvement, and cost reduction.

5、Maintain product-related system processes to ensure regulatory compliance.

6、Conscientious and responsible, able to follow company arrangements, hardworking and motivated, with a strong sense of responsibility and high-quality control awareness.

7、Familiar with QC/QA quality tools, operation of 2D and 3D measuring instruments, and product testing.

8、Organize the implementation of approved systems and revise them as needed according to the company’s actual development.

9、Organize the drafting of technical, process, and service standards to form the company’s quality management system.

10、Coordinate with internal and external departments and actively organize the operation and implementation of quality systems.

11、 Organize quality inspections of raw materials.

12、Organize inspection and evaluation of products from subcontracted manufacturers.

13、Organize tracking and control of intermediate product quality during the production process.

14、Handle tasks assigned by superiors.
