Assistant to the Chairman

Job Responsibilities:

1.Responsible for organizing and screening the company’s overall operational data.

2.Responsible for drafting the Chairman’s daily official documents and related reports.

3.Responsible for writing or proofreading comprehensive written materials submitted or issued in the company's name.

4.Responsible for recording and organizing board meeting minutes and following up on post-meeting matters.

5.Responsible for promptly conveying the Chairman’s instructions and following up on their implementation.

6.Assist the Chairman in developing and maintaining client relationships, planning and drafting business proposals as required, and managing client visits, corporate receptions, and business entertainment.

7.Responsible for maintaining daily media relations, managing public opinion monitoring, and handling crisis communication.

8. Keep the phone on 24 hours a day to promptly and efficiently handle tasks assigned by the Chairman.

9. Able to accept short business trips and capable of driving.
