1、Lead the development of the company's occupational health and safety team to achieve environmental, safety, health, and facilities management goals;
2、Stay updated on environmental regulation revisions to ensure timely updates to company policies;
3、Improve management systems related to safety, health, and facilities to ensure compliance with internal and external safety regulations and systems;
4、Formulate environmental, health, safety, and facilities policies and procedures based on relevant regulations and company requirements; implement, manage, and supervise related programs and activities;
5、Monitor and assess the company's occupational health and safety performance, identify and analyze issues, propose improvements and recommend changes to technology, equipment, systems, and processes;
6、Organize and coordinate plant facility upgrades and maintenance in accordance with company requirements;
7、Promote relevant policies internally to raise employees' awareness of occupational health and safety;
8、Actively maintain and improve relationships between the company and environmental and safety inspection agencies;
9、Responsible for compiling, analyzing, reporting, rectifying, and drawing lessons from safety incidents.
