1、Develop process plans and flow designs based on products, and compile process manuals, quality control guidelines, and other technical documents; 

2、Assist superiors in organizing production as planned, closely cooperating with the quality department to analyze production process conflicts;

3、Provide solutions to process-related problems and promptly handle quality and technical issues on the production site;

4、Collaborate with the R\&D department in the design and development of new products, managing preparation and modification work;

5、Integrate technical resources of production units, and be responsible for implementation and training of process documentation on-site;

6、Follow up on production sites and provide timely feedback and resolution for process issues;

7、Conduct process evaluation (alloy design, hot rolling, heat treatment, cold working), test tracking, anomaly handling, and process optimization;

8、Carry out related research, development, new process introduction tests, and SOP establishment;
